Most real estate bios start with shiny awards and sales fluff. I’d rather start with the raw truth: I almost walked away from this industry forever because it can be really GROSS.

As a top 1% producer at 27 in 2015, I grew sick of what I saw every day—an industry that felt dirty, transactional, and broken.

From where I stood, most people fell into two frustrating camps:

Good people with great intentions who didn't know what they were doing—lacking the deep contract and strategic skill to actually protect a client’s equity.

Bad actors who knew exactly what they were doing—using their knowledge to prey on everyday families alongside greedy corporations and predatory investors.

There were remarkably few people in the business who put integrity first and possessed the elite skill needed to back it up.

I wanted out. But knowing how contract traps, hidden fees, and market manipulation worked, I couldn't look the other way while innocent consumers got hurt. I realized I had a choice: Quit completely, or go ALL IN and change how real estate is done.
